WAE+ have not provided a good enough service, and unfortunately if you browse around, I'm not the first to say it and I won't be the last, by the look of things. I'm not onto the 1 star rating just yet, but I can tell you if you're reading this, WAE+ representative, that I most certainly am not far off.
I have 2 seperate orders, both placed from the same day, with the expected delivery date having been 14-15th of November. No tracking information was supplied so I can't check with UPS if you're doing what you're doing. The order numbers you supplied come back as a negative from UPS, displaying nothing. That's trying both the order numbers in the 'View Order Status' page and from the invoice (latter of which certainly must belong to WAE+ only, as the format is incorrect for UPS).
I've had 5 queries sent to WAE+ now since Thursday. For a website that declares 'fast responses' between 9am-5pm weekdays... well that's not fast, because you had a whole day to respond and nothing has appeared. Can't even think of telling me my queries can't of been sent, because I have 5 e-mails telling me that they were ALL sent. My junk mail has been checked out to make sure that your e-mails weren't being filtered, so there most certainly has not been a reply.
Y'know, I don't mind so much the fact that the delivery is late, I've had late deliveries before. But I've almost always been notified and apologised to because of it, especially when I've sent a query through to the service provider. Quite frankly, being ignored by a seller is plain rude, especially when the seller is a company, with the agenda being providing a service for customers.
