My Dad sent me on here for a torch he wanted for Christmas and I rolled my eyes at first as other tool companies (or what I call 'man-sites') are far too basic and I can never work out if I've added something to the shopping cart or even if my payment has gone through! With FFX I was happy to see that they used Paypal and extra to this you don't need to fill in all your boring address details twice because FFX use your Paypal to get your shipping address. Sounds silly but it just made my experience a bit more quick and easy! I would have no problems recommending to a friend.
