Cheap and probably good
I subscribed travel insurance from Travel Nation a couple of times. They seem professional and reliable, even though I never had to use their services (thankfully). One minor thing for me was that every time I talked to them I was in touch with a different person, which was a bit strange at times. I heard good things by friends about them.

You only really get to test the quality of travel insurance when you have to make a claim - and I hope very much that you never have to test us out in that respect!
I see that your point of contact for all 3 policies was Sally. If you call our general number regarding insurance whoever answers the phone is fully trained to answer your insurance questions and will normally try and help rather than refer you to a colleague!
