I like this company :-)

I have used Best pet before and i will continue to do so, not only are their products reasonably priced, they provide free delivery , always a plus point in these economic days, the products are great and their delivery service is fast.
I buy my cat and dog and my daughters dog, flea treatment.
I purchased Frontline, always have and it has always been good on both my cat and my staffy dog.. Though this time I purchased 'EFFIPRO 'for my dog instead of 'Frontline' as it is considerably cheaper, so thought I would give it a try.. I am unsure about this product, as since I used it on my staffy, for the first 5 days he scratched non stop.. and kept rolling around on the floor, he didn't actually have fleas, i use treatment to prevent them.. I will try the second dose when it is due to be put on him and if he again reacts then I will dispose of it and go back to frontline.

I am a very happy, well pleased customer, oh and cheers for the free christmas stocking, my dog loved the treats.. that was a real nice touch from your company :-)

They credited me for a return with less than what i paid in full for the items then charged me more on top

Hi, I ordered a napoli leather suite consisting of a 2 & 3 seater sofa price £1398.00 I paid the delivery and £398.00 as a deposit as my credit limit was a £1000 only as I was anew customer, but I paid the £1000.00 once the sofas were delivered so all paid in full, the 3 seater sofa developed a fault within 19 days and as bought as a set both had to be returned, I was told I would get a full refund and replacement sofas sent out at my request, which I would pay for whichever way I choose if I decided to keep the replacements.
They credited my account with £1357.04 .. which is less than what I had paid for the sofas !! Then they had the audacity to say I OWE THEM a further £33.01 ..now it doesn't take rocket science to work out that I paid the full amount with no discounts at all ,for the sofas, contacted within specified time that faulty, they arranged collection dates ( which I was messed about with ) and were collected on 25/10/2012 fully wrapped up with original tags still on the sofas and they credit my account with less than what I paid in full for them !!
Also just to note the replacement sofas also went back as faulty last week, its now 24 days since the original paid ones were returned, I now have NO sofas at all and no money back from VERY at all, I didn't want another replacement sofa just my refund. I will state though that last week I spoke with two very, very ( pardon the pun) helpful customer service people who both state it is an error on VERY companies part and I should be refunded the full amount, they have passed it onto both the returns department !!! and the accounts section to deal with and hopefully sometime from 19/11/12 onwards I should get a call back and my refund. As a brand new customer to VERY I am very unhappy with this, not the customer service people they have been great, but they are limited when it comes to errors like this.. I am sure it can be sorted out easily, I paid £1398.00 plus delivery, I get refunded £1398.00 which is what the sofas cost me. To me that should be the simplest of transactions.
