order did took 3 weeks to arrive

i recieved an e-mail stating that my order had been dispatched and would arrive between 3-5 working days. After 2 weeks I e-mailed MyProtien to query the where-abouts of my order. I recieved an e-mail back stating that the order had not been dispatched and was still sitting in the wharehouse. 3 weeks later and I am still waiting for my order. Not good enough. Prior to this I had been using the website 'affordablesupplements' and over 5 years have never had such problems.
