We appreciate your feedback and are equally concern to check if you received your contact lenses order. Your order was placed on 13th Nov at 10:40pm and it was shipped on 14th morning from our distribution office as a tracked shipment. On tracking the order on Royalmail website, who have also confirmed that your order was delivered on 17th Nov at your delivery address, thus please confirm the same.
I did personally tried to call you for the same and have left a voicemail for you to give me a call back for any further assistance.
