My order was sent to the wrong address which meant I had to spend money calling the number on the website to track it down. I was told that my order had been delivered to my address and that I had signed for it, which was not true as I had waited at home all day for the delivery and it had not arrved. It transpired that no one had signed for my order and it had been shoved through the letter box of an incorrect address meaning that my parcel was 2 days late arriving after being retrieved from the incorrect address. Very unprofessional. I understand that mistakes happen but to have to pay for multiple phone calls to rectify the situation when the mistake was not mine was quite unacceptable in my opinion.
