Will not use again!

I don't usually rely on online suppliers but due to a growing work load and subcontractors requesting materials I tried it out. I didn't do it to save money, just time but when only half my order arrived, the plumber couldn't do the whole job, which meant extra time for him at more cost to me, as well as having to make a trip out myself to supply the missing materials of which defeated the whole purpose of using an online supplier in the first place, wasting more of my time and money. Then I spent an hour trying to get hold of plumbnation by phone (more time and money) with no answer, so no refund! I gave up trying. Not a happy customer. Will never use again
