I ordered some car mats, got told they were dispatched next day with and given a tracking number. The courier lost my parcel but contacted roobix and was given several options of what i wanted to do (refund, exchange, wait for more stock etc). I chose exchange and was kept up to date with what was happening. Communication was fantastic every step of the way. Ill definitely shop here again!
