Two Hours is TooLong

I was told the fitting of the 2 new front tyres would take about 45 minutes from the time I booked in at 1:00pm. It took at least one and a half hours. I then had the tracking done, which took a further half an hour, which was acceptable.

Overall not very satisfied.

As I have had better experiences in the past I will put this down to staff just having a bad day, and will use you again. However, if I have the same experience next time I will take my custom elsewhere.
