Airport Parking Quote


the directions and instructions posted on the website for meet & greet were inaccurate and cost me valuable time. i also wasn't aware that it as purple parking company, only when nobody met me at the dropp off point & phoned (once i got through as all line s were busy!) did i discover this. then had to drive all the way round the airort to be be a few decks below. Purple parking was well signed, i just didn't know that airport parking quote - formerley budget M&G. once greeted by the staff in the car park, they didn't have any record of me! another delay and phone call. all was ok in the end and the guys in the car park were helpful - but the we details, customer services in office and admin must have been having a bad hair day which could have cost me my flight!!

Thanks for your feedback. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

As is normal procedure with Meet and Greet, the customer is supposed to call the service 30 minutes prior to arriving at the airport so as not to cause any delay. Please note that we are reviewing the directions to make sure they're as accurate as possible.
