Beautiful bed but a bit late

We were very impressed with the loaf website which is clear, informative and attractive. Couldn't wait to receive our delicious new bed and have not been disappointed. It's gorgeous; well made and very comfy. Delivery men did phone to explain their tardiness, however a "between 2pm and 4pm" time slot was delivered at 6pm, which is pretty lame when you pay £100 for delivery. Would have also been nice if they had removed their shoes when coming in from the rain and walking up to the top floor. Still, will use Loaf again and are now choosing which sofa to go for!
