waiting to hear the response to my complaint
Loved the look of the item and delighted when it arrived . However it is proving most unsatisfactory. The batteries run out in an incredibly short time, days in fact.
I have reported this to the Hut and await their response.

one of the best for customer service
Their cartridges have served me well for many years and their customer service is excellent. I had a problem which I think was more to do with my printer than the cartridges but even so they responded with advice and offered a refund on the cartridges. The products are superb and terrific value for money. I always recommend them to friend.
