Service great - Product quality terrible

Received a mini torch, had been previously used since plastic tab in battery compartment was missing, changed exhausted batteries, LED was defective.
Complained to customer service, fast, no haggle response. received replacement within a few days. Replacement torch was full of corrosion in the battery compartment, batteries were dead.
Utilized parts from both torches and purchased new batteries; now finally have a torch that works as intended..
