Delighted with service, kept informed by e-mail about out of stock items.

Great service from Havens. Some items ordered were out of stock and I was given the choice to wait for delivery or cancel. I opted to wait. Didn't have to hassle them as Havens kept me informed by e-mail about what was happening with my order. Order was dispatched as soon as items were in stock. Great that it all happened without me having to chase them up. Much appreciated!!!!
