Tempted by great prices but take 2 weeks to deliver

I was tempted into purchasing this lovely monitor at a great price, but sadly feel mislead as it was IN STOCK on their website, but they can't deliver it for 2-3 weeks? Come on! I needed it within days not weeks, so have been tying to cancel my order ever since, and they fail to respond. They only responded to my initial complaints about the expected delivery date, but it seems they only send out standard messages, and don't actually read what I type in my messages to them at all. They NEVER answer the phone, and have now been waiting almost two days to get confirmation that they accept my request to cancel the order.

Indigo Herbs

Perfect product, well packaged .

This is the second time we have ordered Organic Wheatgrass from Indigo Herbs. The first time it arrived very quickly. This time it took almost a week, as it the Christmas postal rush seems to have started already (mid November) . We are recommending it to all our friends, as it has helped my husband feel calmer and have more energy. Even his hair is thicker around his semi-bald patch! I don't like the taste, so am not taking it myself though.
