Amazing!

The service is excellent! Really prompt delivery, and very friendly staff.
The plan itself is hard as you have to cut down fast and it's a bit of a shock to the system but if you really want it, you can do it. No tricks, no catches, it really works. In my first week I lost 10.5lb!!! The food all has a similar taste but some of it is really yummy :)
