I have been very happy with all of my purchases in every aspect other than the delivery. I have so far had 4 parcels delivered, well actually only 3 of those have been delivered, 1 is missing and I am currently chasing it up! Out of the 3 that have made it to my door, only 1 made it without any problems. I found one down the side of my house having been thrown over my gate with no card or note through the door and I was home so no effort was made to knock or ring the bell and goodness knows how long I was sat home waiting after it had already been 'delivered'! Another arrived battered with holes in the postage bag, stinking of cigarette smoke and the courier had a very bad attitude, she shoved the signature thing in front of me for me to sign, didn't speak, didn't smile, didn't say goodbye and spat chewing gum out at the end of my path. So far I have found the Yodel helpline to be of no help whatsoever, they need to pass a message on to local depot who will then pass a message on to courier, etc, etc. My advice would be to use the Collect+ whenever possible and I am certain you will be happy with any KandCo purchase. I would give a 5 star rating if they changed their courier.
