Good service from Thurgo

Bought a Dyson cordless vac from Thurgo as they were the best price available by a long way. The purchase went through smoothly and the vac arrived about 3 days after ordering. Once it was despatched the tracking emails and texts were sent, and the parcel arrived by courier within 3 minutes of the start of the 1 hour delivery window! Rang Thurgo with a couple of queries and the customer service was good. The only confusing thing is that all the emails and texts referred to their other company name which is SatNav Easy.
