Avoid these people, cheaper prices won't worth the not recived item.

I've ordered a Asus PB278Q monitor from these people just before easter, delivery was expected to a bit slow, but it was cheap enough for not to worry about it.
Siting here every day waiting for the delivery wasn't very funny, especially when the last day came and still nothing happened.
I wrote a message asking where my monitor is, they answered the next day witch is not too bad and were told that the item that was in stock when I bought it wasn't in stock even at that time (Order placed on march 22, information recived about this on 4-5th of april) (WTF?), they said that they'll get a shipment within the next 5 workingdays, I gave them another chance, hoping secretly maybe a free next day delivery or something as a gesture, but nothing happened. When on working day 6 I've asked if they got my monitor or what? And of course they still haven't got it so I've asked for a refund.
That took them another week to process, but at least they proved that they can at least get that right and this is the only reason why I'm giving 2 stars and not 1.

Total time wasted: 1 mounth 2 days
Conclusion: There are lots of better places to shop where they have their "in stock" items "in stock", so Amazon, Ebay, Scan from now on.

Non-existing service, use anything else but these clowns.

Wanted to order a Mainborad 1,5 years after my last incident with these "Characters", after confirmation and payment. And acknowledgement from them they simply canceled my order and asked me to send them a "utility bill and the copy of my ID/Passport"
This is the 3rd time out of 4 when I was trying to do business with them for some reason and they failed to do the only thing that I needed (service).
They refuse to belive that I am who I am and I live where I live no matter that I am trying to get a delivery organized to my very own paypal verified address.

Well as long as I can buy my stuff at shops/ebay/amazon and pretty much everywhere else without proving my identity details to anyone these untrustworthy jokers won't have any bits of my personal information other than my payment detalis, name and delivery address for sure.
But to satisfy them they will get a bill from me this time as they requested for sure...
I'll send them the copy of the invoice that I'll get from the next cheapest place.

Silly me thought that we got through this trust thing about who's who when I made my return of that faulty PSU of yours last time and given part of my money back instead a working PSU when I was told over the phone that I'll get a full refund, but that would be another 0 star story for you.
The point is that you guys were not asking an ID and a proof of address before you have sent that curier guy to pick up that PSU to the same address.....
Half year later you need all kinds of proofs for the same address if I want something?
You can have it when I'll have to give DNA samples and fingerprints for cash payment in the grocery store.
