Perfect product, shoddy shipping has a dilemma on its hands. As a company with so many great products to offer, they really need to dump their sloppy-slow shipping service.

First off, I would like to say, that the product that I purchased is great. I ordered a cream colored sweater and the product is beyond my expectations. The knitting is tight, the fabric is thick, there are no loose strings anywhere. Being a Forever 21 frequenter, boohoo's product is much superior in quality! Customer service was fast, and on point -- not like usual customer services that just hear your concerns/problems and discard them as "typical customer babble". Boohoo was quick and objective in solving my problem and polite to boot! Thank you!

But then...there was the shipping. I understand that is located in the UK and that I am across the pond in the USA. I also understand that international shipping often takes a long time. However, being 14 days late is a little ridiculous. This is 14 days after the "14 business days" that one predicts when purchasing with economy shipping. I tried to track my product with the code the shipping service provides...too bad it didn't work. It told me my product I ordered was in Dublin in March of 2011 and headed to Melborne, Australia... strange, considering I ordered my product October 2012 from Missouri, USA... (this is where customer service came in. I contacted them and they gave me much more information to reassure me that my dear sweater was indeed not headed to the opposite side of the planet.)
Normally, I wouldn't be too upset. However, I was leaving my dorm for the holidays the day my package arrived, meaning I wouldn't have seen my sweater in 2 weeks had it arrived one day later -- I was really, very lucky.

But, boohoo, please, for your website's sake and your customers' sanity, get a new international shipping service. Your reliability will go up and probably more people will order from you!

Of course, I will rep my new sweater with pride (a little free PR on my part!) Thank you boohoo for being understanding and helpful while supplying fantastic clothing!
