Parcelforce wrong choice of carrier

I am still waiting for my whisky. Parcelforce has been here 3x, each time calling in the morning when I'm out. I had a different delivery which came with Yodel, they deliver till 9pm and Saturday free of charge. So I am unable to rate Whisky exchange on anything else 8 days after ordering because Parcelforce is so unflexible and unhelpful. I am in every afternoon from 1.30pm but Parcelforce won't schedule a convenient time for the customer.

We are sorry to hear about the issues you have had with delivery. Normally, Parcelforce carry out delivery rather well. We will speak with our accounts manager at Parcelforce and will pass this onto them.
