I ordered some Chelsea Boots for my sons birthday an they were delivered in less than 24 hours - I had been sent a code for £20 off for orders over £50 which I applied to this order. When the boots arrived they were too large so I reordered a smaller size but rang customer services about the £20 off and was told that it would still be applied to my account even though I was returning the item. Replacements came the next day which was excellent but after receiving my statement the £20 was not taken off so now I have to call and sort this out when I have done this already.
