Great idea for a website but need to change the delivery company!

Whilst I'm pleased with the product I bought from Very the delivery company leave somewhat to be desired... they updated my status on the delivery day to say they had tried to deliver but no one was available, (without trying to call me even though they had my phone number) - bearing in mind i had it delivered to work and the reception is manned 9-5pm. So I telephoned Very who were helpful, and told me that they would try and get the delivery company out again... the same thing happened again that afternoon, The package was eventually delivered on day 3.
