I ordered a turntable on the 2/11/12 was advised by order receipt that order should be here by 9/11/12 its now the 19/11/12 and still no delivery.
I have tried contacting this company numerous of times by telephone and cant get any further than being told by a automated voice that due to high call volumes there is no one available to take my call it doesnt even give you the option to hold you just get cut of. I've now sent 4 emails and still no reply to let me know where my order is they send you a automated responce saying that someone will contact you shortly that again is a joke.
I have worked in customer service all my working days and I have never seen the likes of this companys LACK OF SERVICE. They are unreal how they are still up and running after reading the reviews (something I wish I had researched before my purchase) on this site is beyond me.
I am now going to contact trading standards as I am unable to reach anyone in this company to find out where the delivery is or to even arrange a refund.
DO NOT purchase anything from this company especially if you need it for a special occasion.

So I eventually got through to someone by telephone after sending numerous emails the last one saying I wanted a refund so when I got speaking to a "customer service agent" she told me that my order was cancelled!
Honestly I am fuming not that the order has been cancelled because thats what I want but that after so many emails that ive lost count, they are obviously manning the emails and reading them but no one has the courtesy to email me back to tell me what they are doing.
They are a bunch of cowboys.....
I was told by the advisor that I would get a refund by the end of last week and suprise suprise no refund. I asked the agent if I really would get this as ive read reviews and other customers are not getting refunds to almost 30 days!!!! she told me that it was not the case for me as with the other customers there must of been issues with their cards lol.
They have a excuse for everything.
I have now contacted my back in regards to getting my money back as I dont see me getting my refund anytime soon.
Its also interesting how wae+ have the man power to answer some of customers reviews on trust pilot yet they cant answer calls, send emails or issue refunds???
Maybe I might be lucky and get a answer from wae+ here myself.
