Good Company, let down by courier

Ordered late in the day, but the item was shipped out that evening for delivery the next day. Free delivery, so very impressed. Until of course I realised it was Parcelforce who were going to deliver the item and they didn't. Pretended to, even though I was in all day to receive it, so I had to go and collect the item from their depot.
Obviously not the fault of Juno Records, but the actions of the courier do reflect on the Company.
