Do exactly whats on the tin
Go online, check out car rentals from Exeter airport - find the car you want - usually by the price, tick the boxes and it's all done in a matter of minutes.
Pick up car at airport - talked through a few details, sign a form and you are on your way.
Leave car back into the carpark you are told to, leave keys back and that's it - plain and simple - no hassle.
I only wanted a small car for a day so I ordered the cheapest one for £28, on arrival at the pick up point I was offered a brand new car (only 10 miles on the clock) for an extra £10. My husband said to go or it - why not. It was a lot bigger - Ford C Max - It was probably more comfortable to drive and worth the extra.

I wanted to send a parcel to my son for his birthday. He is from Ireland and studying in the US. I left it a bit late to get a few bits and pieces together and brought the parcel to the Post Office to get weighed (Monday 12-11-12) - it would cost over £65 to post and they couldn't confirm that it would reach him for his birthday (19-11-12).
I decided to check the internet for parcel delivery and found ParcelHero - I read a few of the reviews and thought I would give it a go. I was a bit sceptical that they would actually deliver on time but I need not have worried.
I completed the parcel details ie weight, length, height and width and delivery postcode and got an instant quote - ie £26.64 - much cheaper than the Post Office. I then completed the rest of the details on line - what was in the parcel and cost etc (pretty easy to complete) and as it was much cheaper I decided to add on guaranteed delivery at a cost of £2.96 which brought the total to £29.60. They stated that they would collect the parcel on 13-11-12 between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm - as I couldn't be at home that day I asked for the parcel to be collected at work - that was no problem. The parcel was collected around 3.00 pm. They stated that my parcel would be delivered on 15-11-12 by 12 noon - the parcel was delivered on the exact date at 11.07 am in plenty of time for my son's birthday. I thought the parcel may have got held up in customs but because I identified what was in the parcel it must have passed the test! I actually sent the parcel care of my son's coach - he confirmed that he had received it and will give to my son today ie 19 November 2012. As they are 5 hours behind - it hasn't reached him yet but I hope he will be happy with his box of 'goodies'.
I just wanted to let others know that I have had a good experience. ParcelHero have sent me emails before delivery and also to confirm delivery - I couldn't fault this service at all. As my son will be in the US for the next 4 years I will definately be using this service again. Thanks again ParcelHero.
