Goods turn up late and wrong..... lack of communication

I purchased the recent duvet and pillow set for £19. "Bargain" I thought as we have guests staying with us this week, and delivery was three days from redeeming the wowcher (back on the 5th November).

Three days came and went with no delivery, after a week I contacted the company supplying the goods (twice) - no reply. So then I contacted the supplier copying in Wowcher. No reply. So then I emailed Wowcher again copying in the supplier and finally someone emailed back asking the supplier to get in contact with me within 72 hours.

That was last Friday this morning my package has literally just turned up. I asked for a king size duvet which is meant to come with two pillows. I have received a double duvet no pillows.

I don't feel I can blame wowcher for this perhaps this is the fault of the company HOWEVER, the customer service has been attrocious from both sides. To have to email Wowcher twice was annoying. In total the supplier has been emailed 4 times from me and I am yet to hear anything from them, as well as now receiving an incorrect and incomplete order.

I have used Wowcher before, buying instant tickets where you can download and print from home, that seemed pretty easy. But actually buying goods is not so efficient or calming. I should really have stuck to the high street.

What do I do now with a double duvet on a king sized bed?
