I was really disappointed with Very. Firstly, I was forced to sign up for a credit account even though I didn't want one.
I ordered a suit which was supposed to be free delivery before 9pm but I was still charged. The suit was for a job interview 2 days later so I didn't mind paying as long as it arrived the next day. It didn't arrive the next day. It arrived while I was at my interview a day late. Very did not contact me to tell me there would be a delay, they also did not apologize afterwards for the late delivery.
I have returned the suit as it arrived too late and is no longer required. They were good at refunding me the money but did not refund my postage which was supposed to be free anyway.
I won't be using them again.
