Awesome shop with great customer service!

I have recently purchased an (ESP) Edwards Les Paul from Rich Tone Music. It's kind of difficult to get your hands on one of those in Europe since they are made for the Japanese domestic market, but Rich Tone ordered this one for me.
Delivery from Japan took some time, but the customer service informed me about the estimated delivery time so I knew it may take a while. Once it arrived in the UK it was immediately shipped to Germany and arrived next day very well packaged and perfectly set up.
The overall service was great, contact was friendly and qualified and helped me out even before I had placed my order.
