Great service and good cancelation policy

I found ebookers to provide a great service, I felt all areas of my booking went smoothly and I look forward to using them again. Maybe in the future I would love to see discount vouchers apply to taxes and fees also; just would give that extra little bit back to the customers, however I can understand this is an area that ebookers are not in control of.
