In every place we used the pass we got "bad eye" and bad service. I felt that I have done something wrong by buing the LondonPass. In some places we didn´t got the offer which was mentioned in the book. Some places weren´t even open as it was said in the book, and yes i checked by web-sites the terms also, and there was no mention about it.

We do send out a pre trip mailer to the email address provided with all closure times that we are made aware of - however as stated in our terms and conditions "Opening times will fluctuate from time to time and users of information on this web site are recommended to check with the Attraction concerned prior to visiting it to ascertain the current position."
