Hit and miss

I#ve used this a couple of times and some of the deals worked but others didn't. I didn't think their after sales service was particularly good as a couple of issues I had were never resolved. They also said if there was wallet credit then this would automatically be deducted from your next purchase but it didn't happen for me. Effectively I am out of pocket so won't be using again.
