I liked the website, it was well laid out and I even went against my partner who said I should have used Mr Resistor. Mistake. I paid for Standard delivery with a clearly unreasonable explanation of delivery taking 3-5 day. So here we are at 13 days and Lightbulbs direct cant't do anything until the 11th June as Royal Mail have 15 days to deliver after that I can talk about a refund. I am sure it is not their fault but having paid 4.75 for delivery I think it is reasonable to expect a delivery a little quicker than this. So this is one customer that won't be coming back and will be letting others know to steer clear unless they have 3 weeks to spare.
No hesitation in recommending these guys. I rented a van OK so it wasnt the newest in the world but who cares when you just need a van. The booking, directions and remote unlocking could not have been easier. I also needed to extend the hire at fairly short notice and it all seemed very easy for them.
These guys have worked through several BT nightmares with me and I have always found them to be responsive and helpful. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone.
