Quality looks good but you have sent grey when I ordered beige.

I saw the product on Amazon where you show only a brown rug and say that if we want beige or grey to phone. I did phone and spoke to a very nice lady who went to check if you had beige in stock; she said that you did. She said that it could be delivered last Thursday, but as I was going to be out on both Thursday and Friday I asked to have it delivered on Monday (today). When I got home on Thursday there was a card from Parcel Force saying that they had tried to deliver the rug but as nobody was at home I would have to collect it from the Post Office - not very well organised.
I have asked for samples of all three colours to be sent so that I can see the difference; I am still waiting.

Thanks for your review and apologies for the problem with the delivery day which was due to an error on our part. You have been sent the beige colour as confirmed by the picture you sent us so I am unsure as to the source of confusion here. The samples you have referred to were requested on the 19th November which is the day your review was left. Unfortunately we cannot arrange to have samples delivered to you on the same day that you request them.
