I had ordered a product and when it was taking a long time to arrive I checked the tracking number and found that the post office had sent it back, saying it was an undeliverable address. I contacted Pure Health and explained that the address I gave was my correct address, and that i didn't understand the problem. Dorene, the customer service representative responded very quickly and made all arrangements to have my purchase redelivered. I was so impressed with her ongoing correspondence to check on things. On the second try, it was delivered. I will definitely continue to purchase from Pure Health.
