Still waiting delivery of part after 3 weeks

Do not take any notice of 2 to 3 days delivery I know its not guaranteed but 3 weeks?
3 parts of order arrived after 2 weeks and I am still waiting for another vital part.
I can say the people I have spoken to both at Plumbnation and the supplier were pleasant and tried to be helpful but still waiting.
