First class service

The order process was as easy as it gets, but due to my error the wrong item was ordered. A quick phone call to a Uk number and the problem was resolved, wrong part returned and the correct item re-ordered. Free delivery was sent 1st class and arrived the next day.
I will definately be ordering again. If only all internet order's were this easy.
