When we arrived to collect our tickets there was no one from your company to hand these over.
the security guard had to find someone for us. When they eventually arrived they had been to get some food from a shop in the 02. When we were served we could see 2 additional members of staff sitting next to the clerk serving us. Surley it makes sense to have someone there to man the booth at all times rather than 3 people going to get food together.
As a result of this we missed a good 30 mins of the tennis. Considering we paid a lot for our tickets I was not impressed.
I would not use your service again.
