God prices plus outstanding and gracious service.

The prices speak fro themselves, and their stock level is of good quality. Frequently I have experienced sloppiness and poor communications with many companies.... The opposite is true with Tredz.
I had to return an item (ordered wrong size). The situation was handled smoothly, with email notification of return and re-dispatch. They even answer the telephone which I think is important should the need arise.
Additionally don't be put-off by comments on items being out of stock. This also happened (once) with Tredz and again the situation was handled with grace and courtesy, and with the very minimum of delay.
I recommend this company whole-heartedly and I will definitely be using them again and as a first point of call for my cycling gear.

Good enough.

Plenty of emails to tell me what was going on. Took a while to arrive but did so within a week. Can't argue with the pricing and easy to deal with. If you accept the item needs to be found, packed and then posted, they're fine.
Trouble is of course we all measure against Amazon who are geared-up for this sort of service.
Overall.... Good enough and I'll certainly use them again.

Girlznight

No delivery

I ordered some Redken hair products via the website and rang the company in Glasgow to ensure they were Kosher. All seemed fine until a week later, when I hadn't received the goods.

A first call explained the goods would be despatched 'soon'. After a couple of days, a second call elicited the goods had been returned to Girlznight as they 'had been damaged in transit'. Given the Royal Mail don't do this, and it would take an awful lot of damaging to break these goods, I simply didn't believe them.

I was told they would be despatched again immediately, but after four days, still nothing. When I rang to complain about this I asked for a refund and one arrived in my account some 3-4 days later.

I do a lot, if not all non-food shopping on the internet and have been doing so for years. This is the first time I've had a significant problem, and I'm mightily disappointed in this company. They appear all fine, but are clearly not in my experience.

Read all the reviews of course, and make your own decision. Personally I won't ever go here again, as I don't trust them as far as I can throw John Prescott.
