Placed an order on 18th Nov which was accepted and they debited my card. Waited for delivery but later I received a text to say the restaurant had declined my order. I waited 45 mins before discovering this had happened. When I phoned restaurant they told me that my order should not have been accepted since they didn't deliver to my postcode. Wasted a very hungry hour with this company for something they should have got right in the first place although they blamed the restaurant.
Was hungry and angry and it spoiled my evening.
AVOID if u don't want them to spoil ur evening too.
I previously only used Hungryhouse about two years ago and the same thing happened. Received standard email saying they would improve service in future etc, etc but this is obviously nonsense since they've had two years to clear this up. This company is a disaster.
Tried twice, failed twice. Waste of time. NEVER AGAIN.
