I ordered well before the cut off time for delivery next day and paid a premium for the privilege.
The website says it was despatched, but it has not been delivered as yet and there is no tracking number on the website.
I have called twice to try and speak with someone (both 20 minutes on hold) so that is about the poorest service in the UK that I can remember. I guess it will arrive at some point...
