We ordered a new fridge freezer from Very, deliver date was scheduled for the 9 November. As agreed I received a phone call from the delivery company a few days in advance to arrange delivery, I requested that they call me 15 minutes prior to arriving which they did so I could let them in. Fridgefreezer was faulty and this is where my problems began when I was asked to call back the next day to arrange another a new order and delivery date. I was assured that the faulty item would be collected on the same day as the new one being delivered, this was not the case even after being assured by Very and this being confirmed when deliver company confirmed a date (why confirm a date with a customer and then say it's only pre-advice!!). To cut a long story short and after numerous phone calls and being batted from pillor to post, the new fridge turned up without the delivery company telling us about it and not collecting the faulty item and. Customers are just expected to drop everthing and do things on Very's and the delivery company's terms! All in all and after numerous phone calls I am still advised that Very and the delivery company followed standard process, not a great customer experience and lots of time spent chasing to get the new item. One final thing, even when you cancel the new order they stilll deliver it to your house!! First and last time we purchase from Very!
