Dodgy start on their website but Patrick at the customer call centre in India sorted my somewhat complex travel plans very capably.

I tried to book my multi flight trip online but the website stalled over inputting names and wouldn't accept the booking. Patrick at the customer service centre was very good and very conscientious with making the booking for me and now all seems to be well.
