Great customer service

My experience with the customer service at Lightingthebox.com has been good. Although shipment took longer than what I was expecting, they were always responsive, cordial and willing to help. The two times I wrote to them while waiting for the order, they answered fast and were helpful. I purchased a pair of shoes to practice West Coast Swing. I followed the instructions to order the right size and ended up ordering one size up than what I regularly use in U.S. When I received them, I was glad they fit me PERFECT! So the instructions they have on the website regarding measurement and how to refer to the sizing chart before ordering were extremely helpful. I cannot say anything about the durability of the shoes given that I just bought them, but I already wore them and they LOOK good and FEEL good, no complaints. I had to wait a little over a month from the date I ordered until I receive them, but I'm happy with the purchase and you can't beat the price. Given the good experience, I will probably order in the future from this site.
