booking a breeze, but no confirmation sent...

Please can you send a confirmation email for my booking: record locator: PBEBUK 8736860614. I would have expected confirmation by email. I was not sure whether booking was done or not. but see the money has been deducted from my account. I have no e ticket. Many thanks, P Protopapas
