Havens

Faster than expected delivery and follow up.

I ordered some crystal wine glasses on a Friday and received them in the USA the following Tuesday, much faster than expected. Unfortunately one of the glasses was broken but after I sent one e-mail to let Havens know of the breakage, a replacement was immediately dispatched. I was very impressed with the quality & service and will not hesitate to order from them in the future.
