Ordered Projector Screen - Best Price and quick delivery (but not UK plug)

After much research I chose an Optoma Electric Projector Screen. Projectorplanet had an excellent price, it was in stock and they could deliver next day. Courier delivered at 8:30am the next day enabling the screen to be installed and in use a few hours later.

Only one issue, the moulded mains plug was european (2 pin) and not a UK (3 pin) plug. Slightly annoyed that the item was not described on their website as such but a small inconvenience having to purchase a seperate AC adaptor.

Sorry to hear that the product was not supplied with a UK mains plug, we were not aware that the one supplied inside the box was a European plug. If you wish for us to send out a UK mains lead, we would be happy to do so. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thanks again for your purchase.
