This is the third time I've used the collect+ service thinking it would be easier for me so that I could pick items up when in town rather than waiting in all day. However, I have not received my items next day as promised- each time this has been due to lack of text message telling me items were there ready to collect, when I've checked my account online each time according to the tracking, the item has been delivered to the store on the expected day- sooo annoying!!
