I needed to shop a tandem from the UK to the States. Parcel hero did 3 things:
1 gave me all the information I needed to pack up the bike correctly and label it right.
2 more than halved the cost of any other courier (Fed Ex wanted £450, PH cost £165)
3 delivered it exactly as they said. I booked online at 10.30am, at 11.15am the doorbell went and it was the courier, 9.30am local time (2.30pm gmt) the next day the parcel was delivered.
4 provided excellent information through tracking the whole time.
Finally, the icing on the cake was that it was was Fed Ex who couriered it!
